Natalie & Mark have years of experience working in the Dorset area and are familiar with all aspects of the planning process, including the complexities of Listed Building applications, work in Conservation Areas, Building Regulations and the Party Wall Act. We work closely with several local contractors and can also advise on the sourcing of a suitable and reliable builder.

Our Process



Client Consultation

Initial free meeting with us to discuss the feasibility and budget of your project. We aim to understand what you want to achieve with the project as well as any constraints or specific requirements.

Site Analysis

We will undertake a full measured survey of your existing property or site in relation to your requirements and our proposed design.

Project Design

Once the project design and schemes have been drafted we follow up by liaising with local planning authority for pre-application advice.



CAD Drawings

For all of our projects we prepare detailed architectural floorplans, sections and elevations of existing and proposed schemes.

Planning

After consultation with clients, drawings and necessary documents are then submitted to the local planning authority for approval.

Specialists

Appointment of specialist consultants as necessary: structural engineers, listed building officer, environmental, party wall surveyors, planning officers.


